Hello, I purchased Replacement battery in June 2020, and it’s on it’s 324 cycle, now it’s recommending service repair. Is this normal for this to be happening? The battery is not quite a year old. I have notice a big decline in the battery and how limited the charge is lately. And I’ve done some of the procedures to fix it but yet the warning still remains. What else can I do? What could be causing this problem? Update (05/29/2021)

Thanks Tanesha
