I just replaced the battery of my Macbook pro recently, using the ifixit battery kit on the website. But when it was charged at 56%, it can not be charged anymore. And I tried the SMC reset and new Magsafe adapter. Both of them don’t work. Any suggestions?
I’m thinking the comparator logic on the logic board has some corrosion on it. This logic is on the back side of the board. You’ll need to take the board out and carefully clean it with 85% Isopropyl alcohol.
