Hi I recently replaced the battery in my iPhone 6 because when I was removing the old one, the glue strip snapped and I bent the old one getting it out. So now I have a new battery and it won’t charge, it is stuck on “1% charged”. I’ve charged it for a while, I have taken it out, I have re charged it, I have hard reset, I have factory reset, I have taken the battery out and put it back in, I have changed cables, plug, everything but no success. Help would be appreciated.
Sounds like you got a bad battery. Send your “new” one back, and ask them to send you another “new” one
