If my original battery has already blistered (bulging) in its case is it safe to remove the back and replace it with a new battery?

Hi @udamann , Replacing a swollen battery is not without some inherent risks, be very careful when you do so! Using a device with a swollen battery is quite dangerous, too–it can be a serious fire hazard. If your battery is swollen, you shouldn’t continue to charge or use the device.
