Battery compartment door won’t stay closed…Currently I have a piece of tape, it works but…….
They all end up that way in the end, and I’ve searched in vain for about 10 years for an answer, but there doesn’t seem to be one - it’s a design fault, so black sticky tape I’m afraid…
Put a thin strip of card in alongside the battery as you insert it ,so that it’s a good tight fit. I’ve been using mine like that for ages without problem.
