Double check the MagSafe adapter and its contacts. Review this Apple T/N: Apple Portables: Troubleshooting MagSafe adapters. Are the contacts clean and in good shape?
Any luck with this ? I have the same issue after changing the trackpad And I i did not have any water damage. The trackpad was not working properly and hence I replaced it. But now the A1425 does not recognize the battery at all. I am looking at replacing the battery, but was wondering if that would even help … Appreciate your feedback on your situation
