Battery discharges from 70% to 7 % after turning on power. It charges normally from 0% to 50% then charges immediately to 100%.
Your battery is most likely dying. You should first buy a new battery and see if the problem presist. Sorry basic answer but it should only be the battery that needs replacing :)
