I have a iPhone 7, when I call someone they can hear me clear but sometimes I can’t hear them, there voice is distorted like a robotic voice. Sometimes bad signal and 4g often changes to 3g. I just changed from an iphone 6 to this 7.
When you say you just changed from the 6 to the 7, this is a brand new 7 or was it a hand me down or used 7? The reason I ask is because the 7 and 7 plus suffer from an issue with the audio ic chip and the distorted sound and no sound at all are one of the those symptoms.
