Small spill on keyboard and the back light stopped working. I tested the lcd with a flashlight and that still works. I’ve seen a lot of questions on this topic, but none for this specific model. Any help with what to check would be very much appreciated! The computer works when used with an external display.

I’ve just started messing around with the retina displays but it seems like the screen has so much adhesive that it seems impossible to replace without breaking it. Maybe if you use a heat gun, that will soften the adhesive enough that you could pull it up.
