I turn on my tv and the backlight illuminates but no picture. The model number is LG 60LN5400. I’ve tried the whole unplug and wait but nothing. I can’t even see the menu option or any control options to try and reset it or change anything.
Hi @skylerxo , Do you get audio at all and just no picture? Did you try different input signal types e.g. HDMI, Component video + audio or Composite video + audio to check if there is a picture at all? Here’s the Power-up boot check troubleshooting flowchart from the service manual that may help. Since it seems to be turning on, maybe start at the Check LVDS power voltage step in the flowchart. From this step on in the flowchart the tests are for what is required for the picture. The “module” referred to in the last step usually means the LCD panel.
