TV won’t power on. Backlight flashes (all/same time) but nothing. No audio. Replaced board BN4400775A and problem is the same. Not sure what to check next. Any suggestions? @brokentv the flashing backlight appears to be a bad backlight array. The LED strips in this model are prone to failure. If this board does not fix the problem with your TV, it is likely that you have defective LED strips.  No audio could be a mainboard issue.
