Hi guys, My note 5 works perfectly fine until i start using S pen. While using S pen every few minutes back button or multi task buton is triggered I have no idea whats the problem. I already tried restarting, factory restore. Please any one can help … checked on you tube and google as well couldtn find any thing like that.
if this only happens when you use the s pen 1 it’s might not be the correct s pen for your device 2 the s pen it self is defective 3 have you tried looking if there an available update for your device 4 have you tried using another s pen 5 are you sure there is not protective screen guard applied to the screen if yes peel or remove it and try again mate
