Chosen Solution
A few of the buttons on my magic keyboard cant be used. such as “tab”, “caps lock”, “[“, b and “shift” on the left side. Im not sure whether its the problem with the keyboard or computer settings but I have checked the settings and feel like there’s no setting issue. I am currently using a normal Windows Keyboard via USB and it’s working fine. The “b” button will automatically turn words to become bold when I tried using on Microsoft Word. The “shift” button becomes Caps Lock. “[“ will make alphabets smaller
Have you tried the keyboard with any other computer?
