My screen automatically enters power save mode and turns black. I have tried all recommendations of turning off computer etc and moving mouse etc Update (05/28/2018) It does not turn on when you move the mouse or enter. It remains black after saying it is auto detect and enters sleep mode. Thanks
In Windows, go into Control Panel / Power settings, and make sure that the monitor is set to always stay on. Also, make sure that hibernate and sleep are disabled, so that the computer is always on unless you specifically tell it to turn off.
