I went to go play with friends on my new PS4 Slim that i just got i went to plug in my px22 and i could hear all of my friends but they could not hear me and i tested it with three other headsets and they all dont work then i borrowed my friends controller and then they still can not hear me but i can hear them…. What do i need to do?

Make sure all the settings make sense - especially the input device is set to your headset and the microphone levels is sufficiently loud for people to hear you.
