My screen is blacks out but still I can understand that the computer is still running. With support of a flash light I can see my computer profile Picture. Sometimes the screen will be OK by itself sometimes it work properly when I touch or wipe the screen with my hand. Shall request for a replacement of my computer. I bought it last month and its cost is 65000 Rupees.
Hi @nujumabdu, Did you buy it new or if used did it come with a warranty? If new follow the directions in the manufacturer’s warranty statement that came with the laptop as to what to do to make a claim for a warranty repair, replacement or refund. If used and it is covered by a warranty contact the seller about the problem
