I want to buy ASUS VivoBook E12 E203MA-FD018TS (White) and its default storage is 64GB eMMC flash memory. I found that storage can be replaced by SSD in E12 E203NA but cannot find anything about E12 E203MA. Notebook specifications: Display: 11,6 “Storage: Flash 64 GBProcessor: Intel Celeron Dual Core N4000 Gemini LakeGraphics: Intel UHD Graphics 600OS: Windows 10 SRAM: 4 GB (DDR4) So if anybody knows I will appreciate your answers. Thanks.
Normally eMMC memory is soldered to the mainboard. So it should be very hard to replace it.
Here’s a bit more on eMMC flash storage: eMMC vs. SSD storage: What’s the difference? Sadly, you have no means to upgrade it from what you have now. Your system does have a fast USB port (3.1) so I would recommend you get a Samsung T5 external SSD This is a small portable SSD which you’ll want to use to hold your data but leave your apps on the internal eMMC.
