My touchpad doesn’t work after I have updated it to windows 10. I don’t have ELAN drivers installed on the device and hitting FN + F9 doesn’t do the trick. I tried updated the drivers of the “Asus smart gestures” to 4 the latest and downloaded the latest synaptics drivers also. Please help.
I searched long and hard for this one. I just bought this thing today and wasn’t going to stop working on it until I found the solution. Long story short I decided to check the bios before updating it and found that my pointing device was disabled
My mouse pad is not working. I updated windows a long time ago, and I did the new generic driver and it worked. Today, 5/14/16, my mouse pad stopped working. I tried the windows button and F9, and it didn’t work. I tried updated the generic mouse driver, and it doesn’t work. However, my windows 10 did some update last night, so I am wondering if this update did something? I am welcome to any advice.
