I have a ASUS PRIME B550-PLUS AC-HES with a amd ryzen 7 5800x that the argb doesn’t work there are 2 headers and no matter which one I plug into the argb wont work. I have tried to uninstall the arora sync and reinstalling it but that didn’t fix it, and I don’t know if this will affect it but my realtek hd audio always tells me cant connect to rpc. again i have uninstalled all of the drivers and reinstalled them several times even going as far as to ddu all audio drivers. Is there anything I can do to fix this? or is the only hope to reinstall windows
Hi @broktonharris , Check in BIOS for any audio settings and also RGB settings. They would usually be found under the Advanced > Advanced tab> Onboard Device Configuration menu options somewhere. The user manual for your motherboard is not that forthcoming about what the settings are in BIOS but check anyway. I don’t have an Asus RGB capable motherboard but on my Asus motherboard, I can select in BIOS whether to have HD, AC97 or no audio on the front panel
