Hello, I have a laptop here and is showing some wired simptoms and I need some other opinions about this. The laptop is a Gaming One ASUS GL553V : Sometimes I turn on is working and some times seems to turn on but there is no display just blank.When is turning on all the normal display lights are showing fine like battery charging power light etc.. and after I shot the laptop down the light for battery is off even if is plugged in. I try to power on and blank screen again and showing only the power light.I replaced the battery and still same issue.Tried to replace ram modules same..If I leave it on with blank display the fan is not working and gpu and cpu is getting hot. Any thoughts?
May be the video card or other things are NOT making proper contacts. Carefully disassemble and then try again. !good luck!
I had the same problem. It’s a BIOS uncompatibility and you need to update it
