Hi, I have a problem with my Asus. When I plug in the power supply, the battery doesn’t charge. The power supply has the correct voltage. I’m attaching the BatteryMon screenshot.
If it’s an older laptop, most likely the battery will need to be replaced. Batteries are consumable items whether it’s a TV remote or a car battery, it’ll need to get replaced at some point.
