Are These Logic Boards Interchangeable Macbook Air Models A1237 And A1304

I was just wanting to confirm if the logic boards between these 2 models are interchangeable. I’m thinking it would be swappable but in addition to the board i would need MacBook Air (Late 2008/Mid 2009) Hard Drive Cable and MacBook Air (Late 2008/Mid 2009) Port Hatch Assembly New SSD (since my runcore is zif pata would there be anything else needed to made this work? does anyone know if since the A1304 runs mavericks it would also run Yosemite?

The 2009 A1304 will run up to 10.11 El Capitan The 2008 A 1237 will only run up to 10.7.5 Lion
