Chosen Solution
Ok so I just bought this tablet and the photos of the tablet were perfect. Screen was on and beautiful. Upon receiving and starting up the tablet I noticed little gray slightly unnoticeable streek marks. I tilted the tablet and noticed at a different angle they turn bright white. Photo below of the angle. It’s difficult to catch them directly on to how the gray ones. However when put in dark mode they are almost completely unnoticeable. What is this? I did a software update like suggested and it did not change. I can’t find anything on the internet that explains this issue. 😒 I’m not a techy person at all. In the meantime I have started to run a dead pixel repair app to see if this help change anything. This is the 2019 Samsung galaxy tabA
@Ashley Maenza Dead pixels are black so most probably they’re stuck in the on mode. You could try wiping the cache or starting in safe mode to see if they’re gone just to eliminate that software is the problem. Otherwise its a hardware problem, either with the screen or on the systemboard. More likely a screen problem though.
