Chosen Solution
I work on iPhone 5 alot but the question has always made me wonder if a ESN is bad does it stay bad or is there a way to change that from a bad ESN to good ESN?. I have built up a rather larger collection of bad ESN boards and would like to make them clean if I can.
Not legally that I know of people from another country may buy them
