I use some cheap ones without issues. I do agree though, ink is CRAZY expensive, in some cases, a new printer is cheaper than the ink. Just a warning, the cheap ones, being cheap, can have issues and sometimes wont work, but they will NOT harm your printer in anyway. Hope this helps!
