tried to download apps on new one touch idol 3 and they will not .
NO apps will download to my Alcatel one touch android phone. I keep getting an error code 492.
good day i bought myself August 2016 Alcatel Pop i have a problem i dont want updates if i am not in a spot where wifi is available, it uses my phones data and cost me a lot
