Chosen Solution
I have had this phone for a week or so now and really like it. After downloading apps and putting on SD card I tried to organize my home screen with folders. Only problem is they disappear once I turn my phone off or restart my phone. Any suggestions as to why or what I can do to fix this problem?
Hello Jess, change the default memory as SD card or you should have to move them back to phone storage and revert storage setting back to phone momory
