Greetings, I have an Apple Watch 7000 series with a swollen battery that I’m trying to replace, but it doesn’t seem to accept any of the replacement batteries that I’ve tried. I’ve tried about four batteries purchased from both InjuredGadgets and MobileSentrix, but when I install them, the watch enters a loop where it shows the Apple logo, fades to red, and repeats. The kicker is that if I put the original swollen battery back in, it boots up as normal. I have no idea why this is, but then again I’m no expert, so I would appreciate any insight. Thanks.
OK so now we need to make sure you got the correct battery for this A1553 series The original Apple Watch Apple Watch (38 mm, Original & Series 1) BatteryApple Watch (42 mm, Original & Series 1) Battery There is no serialization between the watch and the logic board. There is differences between the different series so getting the wrong battery is the more likely here.
