Replaced the battery and touch sensor on Apple Watch. On power up the watch screen has gone all white with micro colored pixels. can’t see anything past it. I took great care during the replacement work. Have re-connected the battery several times and the 2 display connectors and feel they are seated properly. Sample pic attached from a question posted by someone else- but the screen image is what I am experiencing. I was very gentle with the screen ribbon cables. I have NOT pulled the adhesive to bind the screen to the case so I can test it. Does the screen really need to be attached to the case for the screen to work properly? I feel like once I pull that tape, it’s stuck on the case and I’m starting over. Please help/advise. I’d like to keep my series 0 running. Thx.! (EDIT) It appears to be showing up wanting to pair to my iPhone X but of course I shouldn’t do that of I can’t see the screen. It goes black after about 2 minutes so maybe it’s trying to show the Apple logo but something is causing it to show a white screen. (EDIT 2 photos of back added.

Don’t see any damage that explains the displays failure. At this point I think you’ll need to take the gamble and get a new display to isolate out if the display or the SIP has failed. Lets hope its the display! Apple Watch Original Screens
