Hello Guys After finish installing a new screen install in my MacBook Air A1466 The screen works perfectly . The issue I have now, is there is no sound (sound bar is greyed out) And also the battery will not charge (no light on the MagSafe charger, ) The MacBook will turn on when I use the MagSafe charger though but the battery will not charge I did not check if any of these worked before I installed this new screen on this old laptop. I have reset the SMC and PRAM to no avail . I have plugged in and plugged out everything that I had to when installing the new screen. I have tried 3 different chargers in a combination of different ways and the light will not come. I am a bit stumped. I have attached images of the inside of the system as well as some system information.
If any one could help that would be great . updated post images of I/O connecter cable
I suspect your I/O cable is bad MacBook Air 13" (Mid 2013-2017) I/O Board Cable
