It’s new i open after one year Please I try to pair my new watch but apple logo comes and go in 2 sec and it’s not allow me to pair or reset or reboot please help me I really worried it’s battery problem or software please what is solution apple customer service said it’s cost you 300 pounds to fix this problem please
After sitting for one year the battery could of dropped to a voltage where it can’t recover from. It may need a new battery. Sit it on the charger as mentioned earlier and leave it a couple of hours and see if it starts.
