Hi, my apple hi-fi won’t work on mains supply, it only works on batteries. help
Hi @iain_sinclair , You will have to open the device and then check the connections from the mains power inlet to the motherboard. Here is a link that hopefully may be of some help. If you cannot see (or test, using a DMM- digital multimeter) what the problem is, take some close up pictures of the motherboard and perhaps someone will be able to help you further.
