I’m wondering if anyone knows the pinout of the aux port. I would like to entend the PS4 camera over usb or cat5e if possible. I have a custom theater in my basement and all of my consoles are in a closet. Before I was able to extend my playstation move and xbox kinect sensors with a usb extension and a powered usb hub, and my wii sensor bar with a cat5e cable.
It’s a USB 3.0 cable with a proprietary plug. Efforts to splice in extended 3.0 cables, powered and unpowered repeaters and standard have all failed. Looks like we wait for a factory extension that may never come.
