I have the 30 inch cinema display i bought used from someone broken. Just needed a new LCD digitizer board and good as new. Another new problem i see is these horrendous touch buttons. I had the same issue when taking apart my xbox 360 S, the resistive touch buttons stop working. On this monitor, the monitor goes crazy turning on/off rapidly unless i touch the button and other oddities. Im gonna solder buttons to the wiring harness. I was curious if anyone had a pinout for what did what so that I can drill on actual hard buttons on the side.
Apple uses a blister button design (monetary contact) for most their systems and displays. I haven’t worked on one of this displays in a long time and just don’t remember.
