I have a 120 since 2007. Worked great and the sharpening is not happening as much. I cannot find a place, including Chefs Choice, that will replace, repair or otherwise help my device. Anyone have a source for repair or parts?
While I wouldn’t be able to troubleshoot it without staring at and/or tinkering with the device itself, for the Chef’s Choice M120 it looks like they have a few OEM parts here: https://chefschoice.com/collections/repl… but the pickings for parts or repair is quite limited. Best of luck.
