the nook HD plus seems to have a horrible problem with randomly thinking it is overheating and wont turn on after that. ever. it wont take charge because it will reject things at the charger port when it thinks it is overheating. after years of use this finally hit me so that brings the question… is it possible to actually fix this issue or is the tablet trashed? (it has many problems right now and may be trashed anyway but this is problem #1 for fixing it… i have a way to go)
I don’t know all of your problems, but a new motherboard should fix most of them. A new battery couldn’t hurt either, but by then you’ll probably be up to the price of a new tablet.
