i rebooted my computer every way possible power option+command+p+r command+r holding down shift i even disconnected the battery I really dont wanna take it to apple because i dont have applecare. Please help?
Try Shift+Control+Option+Power (credit: http://osxdaily.com/2014/11/22/fix-macbo...). This has worked for me in the past with a black screen on startup, and I think it might work for a white screen. Also, if I’m not mistaken, you can call Apple Support for free. You’d have to fact check me there, though…
