Hey. So I have 2 questions, they possibly connect to each other So I got a second hand ps4 slim that belonged to a family member

  1. A few months ago I’ve come to experience that the system sounds like a car when starting it up(its really jarring), but quiets down afer a few minutes. The ps4 still operates perfectly and the noise dissappears completely when I play a game. Has anyone ever experienced this and is there anything that could possibly be a concern? 2)While playing a silent “ddrrrrrrrrr” sound comes from the Disc Drives side of the console. Games are still read perfectly and everything operates correctly, is this normal? (There is no increase in heat and the fan seems to be running normally) So I’m fairly new to owning a console. I could just be overreacting, any and all advice will be greatly appreciated. I’m concerned about the noises coming from the console because I keep reading about the Ps4 Slim being so quiet etc Thank you in advance

Is the sound mechanical or electrical? Sounds to me like a broken drive eject mechanism but it’s not clear based on text description alone, upload an audio sample.
