Answerin machine is on, but does not pick up messages. The greeting on the machine is different from recording heard when calling from outside.!
Check the user manual to see if you have everything set up correctly. Also, make sure you are dialing the right number.
turning the answering machine on off, changing record time/call times didnt work. I think i have fixed it. The answering machine needs to be turned on while there is an incoming call, when the phone rings press the “answer machine on” button and allow it to take the message. Now its realised its job and “should” work.
