Chosen Solution
Hello, I dropped my android colors x22 from a height (from above the fridge, to be exact). Now it does not show anything but white screen. All the other functions are normal. I can receive calls and messages, can make calls (though I don’t see the keypad and I don’t know what numbers I’m dialing.) But the screen is full white and I can’t see anything else. Is there a way to fix this? I tried to reset the phone by pressing power button+volume button but that did not work. Thanks.
I would assume you have damaged the LCD in your device. The white screen is a indicator. The LCD’s only role is displaying the picture. You may want to disassemble the phone to see if the LCD cable may need reseated in the connection to the logic board. Also check for tears in the cable or any other damage to the phone. I am almost sure it a bad LCD unfortunately. This can be fixed with a new LCD if there is no damage to the logic board.
My phone also not show the original Android colors. What can I do to fix this
