I installed Deus ex GO game from the AppStore and suddenly display is dead I tried to do all things hard reboot etc etc But the iPhone’s Display wont turn on suddenly it stared heating where display ribbons are connected later I took the screw driver and removed the Display and because the phone was heating for no reason i disconnected battery cable from the logic board and when i connect the battery cable to the logic board it again started heating in 2-3 seconds .
Hi @pranavhabib12 Sounds like you have a major logic board short, which is apparent when power is connected and a large amount of heat comes from the top end. This could be caused be several different chips/components at the top of the iPhone. If you do not have advanced soldering or component level diagnostic experience, I suggest sending the phone to someone who does. Chances are if it can be fixed, the data will still recoverable from the device.
Check the battery by replacing itCould also be the front facing camera cabled could be bad or not properly connected to the board, I have seen the device get hot from a bad front camera, but that doesn’t explain why it wont power on, I would replace the battery first.
