My fire stick remote broke, so I used my tv remote. However, I recently accidentally disabled HDMI-CEC for the Fire stick so now, I can’t operate the fire stick whatsoever. How can I fix this?
My firestick does not want to work. I tried cleaning the battery area and putting new batteries in. Only way the screen comes up is if I unplug the firestick and it comes up but I can not maneuver around screen, the screen is just frozen. I can’t even re-set the remote. I have another firestick in a different room and it works fine. I brought both of them at the same time about a year ago. I need help. Ann
