Hi. A humming sound from the motor could be a faulty capacitor or a problem with the drive system. If you determine that the capacitor is faulty, the supplier in the link was only to show the part and where it is located. Search online for W11428524 to find suppliers that suit you. Just so we’re on the same page, here’s the tech sheet for your model. See if the diagnostics are entered the same way as you tried (see p.2) and if you can get into them. If you can go to the Troubleshooting tests > Test #3 Drive System - see p.13
