Freezer door won’t open. Repair guy said to defrost it. He thinks it’s frozen shut. I found the code needed and put it into (L) defrost mode. It’s been in that mode for 24 hours…water is coming out. ..door still won’t open. How long can this take AND is this going to damage anything because it’s constantly running in this mode? Thanks ahead of time
I think you are going to loss everything in it anyway so I would just unplug it and let it defrost.
