While am trying to call from my watch series 3, not able to listen to the other person from my watch, even they also can’t here me. I just bought it yesterday.
Did you buy it from apple because if you did it comes with a 14 apple care +. If not then the person probably tried fooling you. I am assuming the first day you got it the speaker didn’t work. I think the first thing you should try is a reset. If that doesn’t work then replace the speaker in the watch.
