Hi, I accidentally put a 12v charger into my xb30. Now when I put in the right charger the battery indication turns on for about a minute then turns of. the middle buttons on top doesn’t work and the lights doesn’t turn on. Extra bass, the on button, pairing and the sound still works. appreciate any help Thanks // Kalle
ksunnefeldtnyberg sounds like you may have fried parts on the power board. You will definitely need a new battery. We would have to see what the boards looks like. Use these guides Sony SRS-XB30 to disassemble your device and take plenty of good pictures of your board, that way we can see what you see and hopefully identify the issues.
