Chosen Solution
So i have a Toshiba laptop that i use regulary, and while i was using it a couple of days ago the mouse just stopped working. I started trying different things in the USB Ports, and none of them work, so i know it cant have just been that mouse. I hadnt pressed an odd key or anything since every key ive tried has done nothing to fix it. ive looked at tutorials all over youtube and none of them have worked. even taking the battery out doesnt work. Help? ☹
You Need to upgrade your usb drivers. go on toshiba website and update them. that should solve the issue
start by login bios check if the usb are disabled then try to do resotre your windows to date that work fine if nothing happen you must pull out the motherboard and do the voltage test
