I have this same problem but my computer is HP Laptop 14-CF0013DX. Can someone tell me how to fix this problem?

Hi, Check if the antenna(s) are connected properly to the WLAN card. Here’s the maintenance and service guide for the laptop, taken from this webpage. Go to p.38 to view the necessary steps and then the procedure to gain access to the WLAN module as this will let you view the antenna(s) connections.
