My phone won’t connect to Google. I try to log into my account, and it just sits there for as long as I will let it, loading and waiting to connect to Google but never freaking connecting. It won’t update, and I can’t access the Play Store OR any of my downloaded apps because I factory reset it to try and fix the issue so it erased my apps, but now my phone thinks the apps are already installed. My phone is glitching every couple of minutes. My built in clock app isn’t working, I can’t set alarms. I am at my wits end and can’t replace my phone. Please if anyone knows what the issue might be, I’ll try anything.
Go into recovery mode, and try a factory reset that way. Power off your device. Boot in recovery mode by pressing and holding Volume Up, Volume Down and Power Button at the same time. Release all buttons when the Blu Studio 5.5 screen flickers and in a few seconds the Recovery screen will appear. If it asks to restore a backup say no. Do a fresh install.
