Hi i have samsung galaxy a500G/DS mobile. screen is broken and touch is not working in my mobile. and i locked my mobile using screen lock. usb debugging is not actives in my phone. and OTG is not worked now. how can i recover all data in stored my phone. please give me any suggestion .
@devilking78626 since you already tried to access it without your screen, you know it is not working. The only way to get to it at this point is by replacing the display assembly. Here is the guide for that.
